Sitehunt Gives You Your Friday Afternoons Back

Every economic developer knows the moment.

A prospect asks for sites. The response is due tonight. The property list is almost right. The parcel map needs checking. The RFI is in a PDF. The report needs refreshing. Someone has to turn it all into a confident answer.

It's 4:59 p.m. on Friday.

That is the part of site selection we have been improving Sitehunt for.

Not the glossy part. The real part: scattered information, uncertain data, and a deadline that does not care.

Property data is easier to bring in, review, clean up, and trust before it goes live. Boundaries can be checked. Acreage can be verified. Duplicates can be merged. Availability can be tracked. Imports are easier to understand.

Site inventories are easier to use under pressure. Teams can search, sort, filter, compare sites, review parcels, add photos, and use Street View without stepping out of the flow. Maps are clearer too, with better markers, popups, legends, clustering, and property-type views.

The context around each site is stronger: infrastructure, access, workforce, housing, airports, community assets, demographics, imagery, parcels, and boundaries. Public site and community pages put more useful data in front of prospects, faster and more clearly.

The RFI workflow is sharper around the questions that matter: What does the project need? Which sites fit? Can we explain why? Can we send something useful before the deadline?

Reports and marketing materials are closer to ready. Reports have better branding, better demographic handling, clearer loading screens, and faster repeat access. The Canva workflow is better for presentation-style materials, logo maps, and Street View imagery.

The best improvement is the one a team feels but may not notice: less copy-paste, less rebuilding, fewer stalled tasks, clearer next steps.

That is the promise:

Less scramble.

Less rework.

More confidence when the prospect asks, "What sites do you have?"

If that Friday scramble sounds familiar, hit reply and send me the property list, public site page, RFI packet, or report workflow that still takes too much time to pull together.

We'll look at it with you and show where Sitehunt can make the work cleaner, faster, and easier to trust, using your actual sites, your actual data, and the next deadline on your calendar.
