Analyzing RFIs with ChatGPT

In the video, Dane demonstrates how ChatGPT can be utilized to handle data structuring and analysis tasks.
He uses a Request For Information (RFI) from the Governor of Texas's Office of Economic Development as an example. This document is laden with details and specifications which ChatGPT is able to extract and reformat into a more digestible table.
Following this, he uses a property database, selects all the property data, and pastes it into the ChatGPT field along with an instruction to review the properties and find the best matches based on the RFI criteria.
Despite some errors, ChatGPT proceeds to sort and score properties, showcasing its potential in streamlining data analysis and property search tasks.
