This is either a hard sell for many small town economic developers, or incredibly easy: Too many small downtowns, or at least the decision makers who represent downtowns, think that the one thing that will bring them back from vacancy and neglect is an H&M. H&M isn't interested.


He's not wrong. 😆 California politicians oddly silent as companies large & small leave the state.


Talk about workforce challenges, or is this a "Florida man" story?  A McDonald’s in Florida is paying people $50 just to show up for a job interview. But it’s still not attracting many applicants.
