The Mesa Planning and Zoning board approved plans for DSV Air & Sea to build a 1.7 million-square-foot logistics warehouse and office building near the Legacy Park sports complex. Kim Lofgreen, the marketing and business development manager for Mesa's Office of Economic Development, noted that there's no building in Mesa with a footprint that large.
