Alabama
The Site Evaluation Economic Development Strategy program is awarding a $733,700 grant to the city of Fayette, to purchase land for the North Fayette Industrial Site.

A set of economic development reform bills is advancing through the Arkansas Legislature as the 95th General Assembly nears its conclusion. Colorado
The Colorado House has passed bipartisan legislation, HB25-1177, to modify the Economic Development Rate to attract businesses and create jobs. The bill increases eligible project size and extends rate eligibility, aiming to provide lower electric rates to large businesses and foster economic growth in Colorado.
