Job: Executive Director (Sun Valley Economic Development)

Location: Ketchum, Idaho

Sun Valley Economic Development (SVED) is seeking a new Executive Director to replace Harry Griffith who is retiring after 15 years in the role. This position reports to a board of directors composed of local business leaders, public officials and other influential community organizations. The role requires a very diverse set of skills with a focus on business development, project management, policy advocacy, and economic analysis. The capability to collaborate with regional and local organizations, think strategically and to develop and deliver projects that strengthen the economy are also critical.

SVED operates as a not-for-profit business with funding from a mix of public and private sector sources. Strong grant writing and membership solicitation skills are preferred for the role.
