The Missouri Economic Development Council President Shawna Searcy announced yesterday that the economic development organization is seeking an Executive Director.

Here's the job description.

Current Executive Director Jim Fram, CEcD, FM, CCE, announced earlier that he would not be renewing his contract for that position. The contract expires June 30, 2023.

The Executive Director will serve as a full time employee of the organization that enjoys a membership of nearly 400 professional economic developers in Missouri. The position offers a competitive salary with an attractive range of benefits including paid healthcare, retirement, and others.

“The opportunities that MEDC offers to Missouri economic developers keep us on the leading edge of success for our profession. I look forward to working with our new Executive Director to find fresh ways to serve our members and elevate our organization,” said Searcy.
